Howard Perkins is the Chief of Chester's Mill Police department. More known to others as Duke. He is part of drug  syndicate in Chester's Mill that involves Councilman James Rennie and Rev. Lester Coggins. He died when his pace maker blew up when he got to close to the dome. He also died before telling his Deputy Linda Esquivel about the secrets of Chester's Mill.

Duke Perkins is played by Jeff Fahey. He has been cast in several Movies and TV series. He had TV guesting with Hawaii-Five O, Revolution, CSI and Lost

Angie McAlister is the sister of Joe McAlister. Their parents are stuck outside the dome. In the beginning of the series, Angie was kidnapped by Junior Rennie. Later she was freed by Big Jim Rennie. Angie accepted Big Jim's proposal on keeping quiet on her kidnapping and in return Big Jim will provide for Angie's needs.

Angie's character is different from the book. Based on the Novel, Angie would killed by Junior earlier in the series. I guess the writer's made some alterations and decided to have Angie stay in the story a little bit longer. Who knows how long though.

Angie McAlister is played by Britt Robertson. Robertson played Cassie Blake on the TV series The Secret Circle and Lux Cassidy in Life Unexpected

Junior Rennie is the son of Big Jim Rennie. In the TV show he is obsessed with Angie Mcalister. He went as far as kidnapping her and keeping her in their fallout shelter since he believes that the dome is making her sick. As the story progresses, He was deputized by the new Police Chief Linda Esquivel.

Junior seems to be showing some signs of mental illness. In reality, he has a brain tumor masking as migraines. Junior also doesn't have a good relationship with Barbie. In the beginning of the series, Junior pick a fight with Barbie because he saw Angie and Barbie outside the hospital.

Junior is played by Alexander Koch

Dale "Barbie" Barbara is a former Captain in the United States Military. He was part of the the group called the "Jackrabbits" who are famous among Military soldiers. After retiring from the Army, Barbie became an enforcer for a Bookie in West Lake.

He was tasked to get the money from Dr.Peter Shumway. Shumway is an gambling addict who has lost everything that he and his wife Julia has. Peter was trying to renegotiate the payment of his debt. Things did not go well and they ended up fighting. Barbie accidentally shot Peter. Eventually the shot killed him.

As Barbie was leaving Chester's Mill, a mysterious dome appeared trapping him and other residents inside. He eventually met Julia Shumway. Due to certain events Julia offered Barbie a place to stay.Eventually they developed romantic feeling with one another.

Dale "Barbie" Barbara is played by Mike Vogel.. Where else did you see him? He played Johnny Foote in the 2011 movie "The Help" and Jack in the  2010 movie "She's out of my league"
