App review: Flappy bird

You may be wondering why some of your friends are posting weird cryptic messages in social media and seems to be offensive messages. There is only one thing to blame.

A new game called Flappy bird is starting to become popular and causing some of your to develop anger issues.

The rules of the game is simple. Tap the screen for the bird to go up. But take note. You must learn how to control the speed of bird's rise and fall. And most importantly avoid hitting the pipes or the ground.

Currently I just reached 8 points and can't seem to pass further. Very frustrating indeed.

What are your thoughts on Flappy Bird

Clumsy Ninja App review

I am not into playing games with my smartphone but there was this one game that a friend was playing that got me really intrigued. He was playing this game called Clumsy Ninja. At first I thought I would find boring and would not be interested with the game but after a few minutes of playing it I got hooked. The game is funny and it was light. Great for playing during my 1 hour break. The only problem is that it is available in IOS.

I tried searching for it in Google Play but it was not available. I was also looking for a Clumsy Ninja Apk download but all on the sites that I found doesn't have an active download link. I saw that it was also called Gauche Ninja. But all the links for Gauje Ninja APK download was all busted as well.

I hope they do make an android version of this game. If anyone is aware of an active link for Clumsy Ninja android version download, please let me know.

Blogaway review

I have been looking for ways make blog post using my smartphone. I have tried using chrome and opera to try update my blog. But it is slow. I tried using the official blogger android but most of time the upload fails.
I have bloggeroid and blogger droid but I am encountering issues with logging in to my blogger account. The appearance of the app is not really great.

Then I have found Blogaway. So far so good. There is one thing though. I have been trying to upload a post with pictures but it is taking some time. I am not sure if it is just my internet connection.
So far this is the best blogger tool for android phone. What are your thoughts

Plants Vs. Zombies 2 english version is now free in Google Play

I was pretty excited when I heard about the new installment of Plants s. Zombies. The Chinese version of the game was released several months ago and I was able to get a copy. But since I couldn't understand the instructions, I had to wait for the English Version.

The long wait is over. I was able to download the Plants vs. Zombies download for free. I am now testing it. They have added a map something similar to Candy Crush. I am still checking it out but so far I have encountered new zombies and plants. Will let you know soon about the results of the testing.

Android app Review: CSR Racing

CSR Racing is a Drag Racing game available for free download in Google play. It is easy to play since there is no steering involved. There are only keys needed while Racing: accelerate, decelerate and nitro.

There are 5 Tier. You would need to beat the crew members before challenging the Crew leader. To advance, you would need to beat the Crew Leader thrice. There are other types of races as well: Restriction, Manufacturer, Car Specific, daily battle, ladder and Regulation.

Restriction races would require for your car to meet a certain criteria like minimum weight to qualify for the race. Manufacturer races would require a car from a specific car manufacturer. For Daily Battles, a car would be loaned to you. The would be three races daily. Car specific would require a specific to be able to qualify for this type of race. Ladder would require a car of same Tier Level. For Regulation, there are three modes: rookie, amateur and pro. You may use any cars for the regulation races. However it would be difficult to win races if you use a lower Tier level car in higher level Tier regulation races. Race distance is either 1/4 mile or 1/2 Mile.

You could also purchase upgrades. You could upgrade your gear box, engine, Turbo, Nitrous, Intake, Body and Tire. If you buy imported parts (which are normally stage 4 or 5 car parts), you would have to wait for it to be delivered. But if you have gold coins, you could waived the delivery time.

You could purchase car from Manufacturers like Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Mini, Nissan, Pagani, Bentley, Dodge and Mclaren.

You could purchase cars or car parts with cash of gold coins. You could earn cash by winning races. Gold coins could be gain when you level up, beat crew leaders and even sometimes anonymous donors would give you cold coins or cash.

Overall the game is great. Although I wish I do some steering. Maybe I'll try to download a need for speed game for android. What are your thoughts?

Apps to customize the appearance of your android phone

Since I bought an Android phone, I have been downloading and trying out some apps that seems interesting. I have always wanted to change the appearance of how my phone looks (something that I haven'y done with my Iphone) and found some apps that has done wonders in customizing the appearance of my phone.

1. Launcher

Launchers are apps that will help you customize the appearance of your smartphone screen. There are several out there like: Nova, Holo, ADW and a lot more. What I am using right now is the Smart Launcher. It is easy to customize and very pleasing to the eyes. One of the feature that I like about this launcher is that it automatically sorts your apps into different categories. I you want to transfer an app to a different category, all you have to do is drag the app.

2. Sliding Messaging

Here is a great app if you want to change how your messaging looks like. By the way this is a completely different app. I have tried deleting the default messaging app in Android but have not been successful. Downside to this app is that you would receive two notification when you receive one SMS. Maybe there is a way to modify the notification but I still have to discover it. You could also change the themes by downloading in google play.

3. Fonts

Are you tried of the same generic fonts in you keyboard? There is an alternative to your built in fonts. Download a Go keyboard and you will be able to customize the font and the appearance of your keyboard.

I am still discovering the Android world. I will provide more updates and share what I have discovered with the apps that I have download
